Directions to Tidewater from I-95:

I-95 to St. Augustine Road, Exit 335. Turn east toward US 1 (Philips Highway). Turn right onto US 1 (Philips Highway) South. Take US 1 South to CR 210 East (Valley Ridge Blvd). Landmark is Gate Station on corner. Turn left onto CR 210 East (Valley Ridge Blvd), transition onto Nocatee Parkway and continue for approximately 3 miles to Crosswater Parkway South. At the Crosswater Roundabout take a right onto Preservation Trail, village is approximately 1/4 mile on the left.

Directions to Tidewater from Ponte Vedra:

A1A to CR210 west over Intracoastal Waterway. Old CR210 will route traffic onto new Nocatee Parkway. Continue west on Nocatee Parkway for approximately 3 miles to Crosswater Parkway South. At the Crosswater Roundabout take a right onto Preservation Trail, village is approximately 1/4 mile on the left.
