Directions to Coastal Oaks from I-95:

I-95 to St. Augustine Road, Exit 335. Turn east toward US 1 (Philips Highway). Turn right onto US 1 (Philips Highway) South. Take US 1 South to CR 210 East (Valley Ridge Blvd). Landmark is Gate Station on corner. Turn left onto CR 210 East (Valley Ridge Blvd), transition onto Nocatee Parkway and continue for approximately 3 miles to Crosswater Parkway South, follow through roundabout staying on Crosswater Parkway to Coastal Oaks on the right approximately 1.75 miles.

Directions to Coastal Oaks from Ponte Vedra:

A1A to CR210 west over Intracoastal Waterway. Old CR210 will route traffic onto new Nocatee Parkway. Continue west on Nocatee Parkway for approximately 3 miles to Crosswater Parkway South, follow through roundabout staying on Crosswater Parkway to Coastal Oaks on the right approximately 1.75 miles.
